创建国际板:深圳不应该当旁观者

Creating the International Board:Shenzhen Must not be an Onlooker

国际板是指在证券交易所中建立一个专门的板块让境外企业发行上市。在深圳成功推出创业板市场之后,上海快速提出了创设国际板的意愿,并得到了国内理论界和实际部门的积极回应,以至认定:中国的国际板非上海莫属;中国的国际板,就是特指上交所的国际板,与深交所无关。然而,构建国际板不仅是未来上海的重要任务之一,也是未来深圳追求的重要目标。深圳未来需要研究的已不再是有没有推出国际板的必要性和可行性的问题,而是需要研究推出国际板的路径问题。

International board refers to the special section in the stock exchange which allows overseas companies to be listed.After the successful launch of the growth enterprise market,Shanghai immediately proposed the aspiration to set up an international board and has received active response from theory circle as well as the implementation departments.They even hold firmly that nowhere else in China but Shanghai should have international board and that China’s international board refers in particular to the international board of Shanghai Stock Market and has nothing to do with Shenzhen Stock Market.However,creating an international board not only is one of the main tasks of Shanghai,it is also an important objective of Shenzhen.What Shenzhen needs to think about is no longer if it is necessary or feasible to launch an international board but how to launch it.
