高得率竹浆抽出物及其对H_2O_2漂白的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了高得率竹浆——慈竹磺化化机浆(SCMP)的抽出物及其对过氧化氢漂白的影响。结果表明:采用苯醇、二氯甲烷、甲醇3种抽提方法,慈竹SCMP的抽出物含量均较低,抽出物中主要成分是脂肪酸类和甾醇类物质,以及部分在紫外区330 nm左右产生吸收的物质;经3种抽提方法抽提处理后,漂白纸浆白度均可提高6%以上,苯醇抽提后高达9%ISO;抽提处理后过氧化氢漂白浆偏黄现象减轻,最大下降了37.3%,返黄值下降,最大下降了65.8%. This paper deals with the extractives of high-yield Neosinocalamus sulfonated chemimechanical pulp(SCMP) and their effects on the hydrogen peroxide bleaching.The results show that the extractives from Neosinocalamus SCMP in benzene-alcohol,dichloromethane and methanol are all in low content,that the extractives mainly contain fatty acids and steroids,as well as some substances producing UV absorption at about 330nm,that the brightness of peroxide-bleached pulp after the extraction increases by more than 6%,and by 9%ISO especially after the benzene-alcohol extraction,and that the yellowish phenomenon of the bleached pulp lightens to a degree of 37.3% at most and the heat-induced yellowing value decreases by 65.8% at most.
