随着中外文化交流的深入,国外影片不断丰富国内电影市场。电影片名是以传播信息、表达情感和具有审美和广告功能为其终极目标的,片名翻译的质量很大程度上影响其在电影市场的经济价值和商业效益。外文电影的片名翻译深受中外美学主流的影响,在历史的不同阶段,影片片名的翻译呈现不同的美学特征。
With the deepening of cultural communication between China and foreign countries,foreign movies are growingly surging into domestic film market.The translation of the title of a film will have an enormous effect on its economic returns and financial benefits,since the film title is ultimately aimed at the transmission of relevant information,expression of emotions in the film,aesthetic and advertising functions.In each phase of history,the translations of foreign film titles,which have profoundly been influenced by the mainstream of aesthetic ideology,take on various aesthetic characteristics.
