New demands were proposed for the management mode of the power grid enterprise in the smart grid con-struction.From the new development trend faced by the power grid enterprise,the general scheme of informatization service for the＂intelligent enterprise＂was proposed on the basis of existing informatization construction.The value and effect of the informatization service for the＂intelligent enterprise＂were presented.The informatization construc-tion key points and route of the＂intelligence enterprise＂were proposed,the key elements of which were also presen-ted and analyzed.
