The strategic development goal of China Yangtze Power Co.,Ltd.was discussed.In view of the standardi-zation,informationization,automation and international comparative standard etc,the main practices and management experiences of establishing the first-class listed company and of various management practices for Three Gorges Power Plant to establish the first-class hydropower plant were described.
