摘要
根据长江上游流域来水特性、枢纽的运行特点,从水库汛前消落、汛限水位动态化、汛末蓄水及实时调度等4个方面进行了分析研究,提出了三峡水利枢纽正常运行期内各阶段水库的优化调度方式。研究表明,与现阶段相比,三峡水库的后期运用尚有较大的优化空间,优化调度方式有助于三峡水库在防洪、发电、航运、供水等方面取得明显效益,有助于三峡工程社会效益及经济效益的充分发挥。
Based on inflow characteristics of the upstream Yangtze River basin and operation features of the hydro-junction,the analytical study was made from four aspects,including the pre-flood reservoir fluctuating,the dynamic flood level,the water impounding at the end of flood and the real-time dispatching.The optimal dispatching modes of the reservoir at various stages of the normal operation period of the Three Gorges hydro-junction were proposed.The study showed that there is still a larger optimization space at the later stage use of the Three Gorges reservoir compared with that at the present stage.The optimal dispatching mode is helpful for the Three Gorges reservoir to obtain obvious benefits in flood prevention,power generation,shipping,water supply and some other aspects,and is further helpful in full display of the social and economic benefits of the Three Gorges project.
