摘要
针对超临界机组存在的锅炉压差持续快速上升问题,对循环化学工况进行整体评估,找出了有效解决问题的途径。揭示了超临界机组锅炉压差主要取决于沉积物结构及沉积量等因素,通过给水化学工况优化,可以实现对超临界机组锅炉压差的控制。给水加氧处理是抑制超临界机组流动加速腐蚀(FAC)及锅炉压差快速上升的重要手段,安全合理的加氧工况是超临界机组安全、稳定、经济运行的重要保证。
In view of the sustainable fast increasing problems of boiler pressure difference in the existing of supercriti-cal units,the whole assessment was given to the cycle chemical conditions,and the way of solving the problem effec-tively was found.It was revealed that the boiler pressure difference in the supercritical units which mainly depended on the structure and amount of the deposit was revealed.The control of boiler pressure difference in the supercritical units could be realized by the optimization of feed water chemistry conditions.The oxygen-adding treatment was the important mean to inhibit the supercritical unit flow to accelerate the corrosion and the fast increasing of pressure difference.The reasonable conditions for oxygen-adding were important guarantee for safe,stable and economic oper-ations for the supercritical units.
