摘要
湿法脱硫运行中,氟化铝络合物是阻碍石灰石溶解的主要现象之一。针对实际运行中出现的问题,通过检测与分析,判断FGD出现氟化铝闭塞。根据Al3+、F-络合原理及组分变化规律,及时采取适当的技术措施,消除了石灰石闭塞,恢复了FGD正常运行。
In the operation of wet desulfurization,the aluminum fluoride complex compound was one of the main rea-sons to impend the dissolution of limestone.In view of the problems existing in the practical operation,the occlusion caused by aluminum fluoride in the FGD(flue gas desulfurization) system was judged by means of detection and a-nalysis.Based on the complex theory of Al3 + and F and the change rules of components,appropriate technical meas-ures were used timely,by which the occlusion of limestone was eliminated and the normal operation of FGD was re-covered.
