权变视角下的质量管理研究前沿探析 被引量:1

摘要 在权变理论框架下,企业所采取的质量管理实践可能是有效的,也可能是无效的,这取决于企业所处的环境。本文首先对质量管理权变研究的定义及研究内容进行了回顾,在此基础上总结了质量管理权变研究中的变量及其测量方法,并对这些变量进行了分类;随后把当前的质量管理权变研究按研究内容分为三类,分别对这三类研究进行了述评,并明确了当前质量管理权变研究中存在的问题;最后提出了质量管理权变研究的未来发展方向。
