丹皮、泽泻混和物对黄粉虫幼虫生长发育和体内淀粉酶的影响

THE EFFECT OF THE CHINESE MEDICINAL MATERIALS MOUTAN AND ALISMATIS ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND THE ACTIVITY OF AMYLASE OF THE LARVA OFTENEBRIO MOITOR L. (COLEOPTERA: TENEBRIONOIDEA)

就中药材丹皮、泽泻及其混和物为饲料对黄粉虫幼虫生长发育影响和体内淀粉酶活性进行了研究结果发现：（１）丹皮处理组幼虫的日均增长量为负值，与其余各处理组的差异达到了显著性水平；（２）混和物处理组幼虫体内淀粉酶活性与丹皮处理组、泽泻处理组和面粉处理组比较，存在不同程度的差异说明丹皮物质对黄粉虫幼虫生长发育有明显抑制作用；丹皮。

The effect of the Chinese medicinal materials Moutan and Alismatis on the development and the activity of amylase in vivo of the larva of Tenebrio molitor L.was studied .The result indicated the average weight increase per day per larva fed on Moutan group was negative, and the activity of amylase in larva fed on mixture group was higher than that of Moutan group from 10d to 30d,but was lower than that of Alismatis group in 50d.Thus, it can be concluded that the development of the larva of Tenebrio molitor L. maybe suppressed by Moutan and the amylase of the larva in vivo has differently hydrolyzing activity to different food and the activity of amylase was affected by the secondary plant substances and from this aspect, it is reasonable for the antagonistic storage of the Chinese medicinal materials.
