几种杀虫剂对苹果绵蚜的田间药效比较 被引量:7

摘要 选择5种药剂、设置18个处理,进行田间苹果绵蚜防治效果试验。结果表明,不同药剂处理对苹果绵蚜的防效差异较大。其中5%吡虫啉乳油1 000倍1、500倍、2 000倍、3 000倍,10%氯噻啉可湿性粉剂2 000倍3、000倍,480 g/L毒死蜱乳油1 000倍、2 000倍,5%抗蚜威水分散粒剂200倍、300倍、400倍、500倍等12个处理在药后第7天的防效均达到90%以上;5%吡虫啉乳油1 000倍、1 500倍,10%氯噻啉可湿性粉剂2 000倍,480 g/L毒死蜱乳油1 000倍2、000倍,5%抗蚜威水分散粒剂200倍、300倍、400倍、500倍等9个处理的药效在药后第14天仍达90%以上。由此可见,这些药剂在生产中完全可以大面积推广应用,以代替当前生产中所用的有机磷高毒药剂。 The field efficacy of 5 insecticides against the woolly apple aphid,Eriosoma lanigerum,was evaluated in 18 treatments.The results showed that the efficacies of tested insecticides against E.lanigerum were remarkably different.Of all 18 treatments of 5 tested insecticides,12 treatments,including 5% Imidacloprid EC in 1 000,1 500,2 000 times and 3 000 times,10% Imidaclothiz WP in 2 000 and 3 000 times,480 g/L Chlorpyrifos EC in 1 000 times and 2 000 times,5% Pirimicarb WG in 200,300,400,500 times,provided more than 90% control effect at 7th day after pesticide application.The control effect of 9 treatments,including 5% Imidacloprid EC in 1 000 and 1 500 times;10% Imidaclothiz WP in 2 000 times,480 g/L Chlorpyrifos EC in 1 000 and 2 000 times,5% Pirimicarb WG in 200,300,400 and 500 times,was still more than 90% at 14th day after pesticide application.Taken together,our results suggest that the tested insecticides can be widely used to replace organophosphorus pesticides which are currently used but with high toxicity in controlling the woolly apple aphid.
