摘要
设施条件下,采用营养液培养大蒜,研究不同施硫水平对大蒜生长发育和营养品质的影响。结果表明,在一定硫浓度范围内,大蒜株高、叶长、叶面积和假茎粗随着施硫量增加而增大;营养液硫浓度为2.25mmol.L-1时,大蒜叶片光合色素含量较高;不同硫水平处理对大蒜维生素C含量增加不显著;随着硫浓度的增大,鳞茎中可溶性蛋白质含量呈增加趋势,当营养液中硫含量为3.75 mmol.L-1时,鳞茎中可溶蛋白质含量最高;蒜薹可溶性蛋白质含量以硫浓度为1.50 mmol.L-1时最高。鳞茎和蒜薹大蒜素含量随硫浓度增加而升高,至硫浓度2.25 mmol.L-1时最高,较不施硫处理增加48.78%、12.33%。
The study was conducted to investigate the improvement of sulfur nutrition on growth and nutrient qualities of garlic in solution culture.The results showed that the plant height,the leaf length,leaf area and stem diameter of garlic increased with the increase of sulfur content at a certain range.The photosynthetic pigment content in garlic leaves reached maximum when sulfur content was 2.25 mmol·L-1,while there was little effect of sulfur content on contents of vitamin C.When sulfur content was 3.75 mmol·L-1,the soluble protein contents in bulb was higher,lower content of sulfur(1.50 mmol·L-1) increased the contents of soluble protein in bolt.When sulfur content was 2.25 mmol·L-1,the allicin contents in bulb and in bolt reached maximum which were increased by 48.78% and 12.33% respectively.
