摘要
室内测定瑞拉菌素(Zuelacmycin)发酵液对丹参(Salvia miltiorrhizaBge)和黄芩(Scutellaria ba-icalensisGeorgi)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同稀释倍数瑞拉菌素发酵液对丹参和黄芩的种苗生长影响不同,对种子萌发均表现出低稀释倍数抑制,高稀释倍数促进的作用,但在低稀释倍数下,对丹参种子的萌发抑制作用较黄芩弱。同一稀释倍数瑞拉菌素发酵液对丹参幼苗生长的影响也较黄芩弱。根尖解剖学观察表明,低稀释倍数瑞拉菌素发酵液处理后的黄芩和丹参,根尖形态结构发生了明显的细胞组织学异常变化。
By means of laboratory bioassay,compare the effects of Zuelacmycin fermentation solution on seed germination and seedling growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.The results showed that different dilution of Zuelacmycin fermentation solution had different effect on germination i.e.the germination rate was inhibited on high dilution ratio,but promoted in low dilution ratio.However,in high dilution ratio,the inhitation on seed germination of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was weaker than Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.In same dilution ratio,the inhibitation effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge on seedlings growth was weaker than Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.By the root anatomic observation,we found that root morphology structure of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge appeared obvious anomalous changed at cytohistology after the treatment of high dilution ratio of Zuelacmycin fermentation solution.
