旅游从业者流入动因研究——以阳朔西街为例

An Analysis on Tourism Labor's Mobility——A Case Study of Yangshuo Xi-jie

旅游就业机会多,门槛较低,包容性较强,劳动者流入现象颇为显著,但旅游从业者流入现象的微观研究还未引起足够重视。利用阳朔西街旅游从业者的抽样调查资料,运用SPSS13.0软件包对其流入动因量表进行因子分析,提取了9个公因子,结果表明:"追求生活方式"是西街旅游从业者最为强烈的流入动因;此外,"地方情结"在劳动者流动决策中起着举足轻重的作用。

With the rapid development of tourism development,more and more labors shift to tourism.It is important for tourism employment to explore tourism labor＇s mobility,however domestic studies are still at an early stage.Based on Positivism analysis thought,this paper explores,and chooses Yangshuo Xi-jie as the study case.The author obtains the data through social sample survey and interview,and explore tourism labor＇s mobility motivation by factor analysis. The result founds mobility motivation is made up of nine factors.Life-style is the most important mobility motivation.In addition,local preference has an important impact on labors who shift to tourism.The conclusion is of significance for discussing tourism labor＇s mobility and human resource.
