防爆电梯曳引轮和曳引钢丝绳的摩擦能量及温升分析 被引量:5

摘要 在易燃、易爆的危险场所,防爆电梯得到了越来越广泛的使用,由于其使用环境的特殊性,防爆电梯在设计上采用了多种措施来达到防爆的要求,除了采用隔爆和本安电路2种方法以外,还需要对电梯各零部件之间的碰撞和摩擦特别注意,尽量避免碰撞火花和限制摩擦产生的温升。对容易产生摩擦的电梯曳引轮和曳引钢丝绳在运行中的摩擦生热问题,利用有限元方法做了模拟仿真分析,以确定其在防爆方面的性能。 Explosion-proof elevator has been more and more widely used in the flammable, explosive places. Because of the particularity of the environment, explosion-proof elevator used a lot of methods to achieve the purpose of explosion- proof, such as explosion isolation and intrinsically safe circuits. It also need to take special attention of the collision and friction between various parts of the elevator. In this article, in order to determine the performance of explosion-proof, a finite element method (FEM) was used to simulate and analysis the heat generated by elevator's traction sheave and hoist ropes where happens friction easily.
