沉淀法合成阳极材料NiO及其SOFC性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 用硝酸盐-氨水沉淀法合成了NiO纳米粉体,X-射线粉末衍射结果表明样品为面心立方结构,颗粒的平均粒径为25 nm,以此纳米NiO为原料制备NiO-YSZ阳极。在NiO-YSZ阳极上用离心沉积方法制备了一层10μmYSZ薄膜,扫描电子显微镜测试结果表明阳极和电解质薄膜之间接触良好。采用La0.7Sr0.3MnO3-YSZ阴极,单电池在800℃时的最大比功率为0.72 W/cm2,测试结果还表明该阳极具有合适的孔隙率,说明采用硝酸盐-氨水沉淀法合成的NiO可以制备固体氧化物燃料电池的阳极。 NiO nano-powder was synthesized by a nitrate-ammonia precipitation method.The XRD pattern shows that it is a face-centered cube and the average particle size is 25 nm.The NiO-YSZ anode was subsequently pre-pared with NiO nano-powder.An YSZ film of about 10 μm thick was deposited on the anode using centrifugal cast-ing,and the SEM result shows that the film is well adhered to the anode.With La0.7Sr0.3MnO3-YSZ composite as the cathodes,the cell produced a maximum power density of 0.72 W/cm2 at 800 ℃.The cell performance shows that the anode has suitable porosity,indicating that NiO synthesized by the nitrate-ammonia precipitation method can be ap-plied to the anode fabrication of SOFC.
