摘要 针对燃料电池动态响应上的不足及其因长时间运行而造成的性能衰减,探讨了燃料电池发电系统的混合结构。讨论了能量管理控制系统的结构及其控制器的设计,提出了基于前馈补偿和双闭环相结合的控制方法。通过控制双向变换器调整蓄电池的充、放电,使燃料电池的输出电流缓慢变化,大大减少了冲击性。通过实验验证了所设计的能量管理控制系统的有效性。 Fuel cell is known with slow dynamic response and performance degradation due to long-running.The fuel cell hybrid power system structure was studied.The energy management design for fuel cell power system was dis-cussed to solve the limitation of fuel cell.The structure and the controller design of the energy management system were discussed,and an energy management control system based on the combination of feed-forward compensa-tion and double-loop control methods was proposed.The battery's current of charge or discharge was adjusted by controlling the bi-directional converter,so that the fuel cell output current might change slowly to ensure the normal working life.The experiment results prove the effectiveness of the energy management control system.
