铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用铅-硒合金的研究

摘要 采用线性电位扫描法(LSV)、交流阻抗(EIS)、开路电位(OCP)和腐蚀失重法(恒流腐蚀30 d)等方法研究了铅-硒合金作为铅酸蓄电池正极板栅的性质。实验结果表明,当加入0.01%的硒就能明显增加析氢析氧的过电位,增大析氢和析氧反应的电阻,抑制氢气和氧气的析出,同时合金的相对腐蚀速率较低。 The anodic behavior of lead-selenium alloys in sulfuric acid solution was studied by linear sweep voltammetry(LSV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),open circuit potential-time(OCP) and corrosion weight loss methods.The experimental results show that the selenium element in the lead alloys can promote the formation of lead dioxide.Moreover,the hydrogen overpotential and oxygen overpotential of the electrodes with selenium are higher than that of pure lead,which is helpful in improving the maintenance-free property of lead acid battery.
