摘要
利用光学显微镜及动电位极化曲线技术,研究了8 mm厚铝合金6082搅拌摩擦焊焊缝的组织形貌及其电化学性能.结果表明,主轴转速为1000 r/min,焊接速度为160 mm/min,搅拌头倾角为3°的焊缝组织出现了明显的变化,焊核区组织发生了动态再结晶,形成细小的等轴晶结构,动电位极化测试表明焊缝的腐蚀电压较两种母材的高,腐蚀电流较两种母材小.
Microstructure and potentiodynamic polarization behavior were examined of welds of 6082 aluminum alloy plate of 8 mm in thickness prepared by Friction-stir welding.The results indicated that by rotation speed 1000 r/min,traverse speed 160 mm/min and tilt angle 3°of the sturr rod,the microstructure of the weld had been remarkably reshaped.A dynamical recrystallization took place on the zone of the weld nugget and thereby formed a microstructure with equiaxed grains.The corrosion potential of the welds was much positive than those of parent material,meanwhile,the corrosion current density was less than those of parent material.
