摘要
借助电化学理论分析和软件模拟得出缓蚀剂微分极化曲线的吸附参数β=1-10^(-S)和缓蚀剂覆盖度(缓蚀率γ)之间关系,表明与微分极化曲线的脱附峰面积相关的吸附参数β可以作为缓蚀剂吸脱附的一个状态参数,并确定了该关系的适用范围.同时利用缓蚀剂曼尼西碱(Mannich)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)试验为例,验证该关系确实存在.
Based on electrochemical theory and with help of software the relationship between the adsorption parameterβ= 1 - 10^(-S) of differential polarization curves and the inhibitor cover ratio (γ) of has been established.It indicated thatβwas a state parameter of the inhibitor adsorption. And through experiments for steels with inhibitors of Mannich and CTAB,the relationship has been verified.
