摘要
某电厂2号锅炉水压试验发现末级再热器改造用TP347H管泄漏,对泄漏管段进行了裂纹宏观检查、化学成分分析、硬度测试和扫描电镜分析.结果表明,泄漏主要是应力腐蚀开裂导致的,针对火力发电厂提出了防止奥氏体不锈钢应力腐蚀开裂的措施.
Leakage of TP347H secondary reheater tube occurred during an operating pressure hydrostatic test of unit 2 boiler in a power plant.The leakage tube has been examined by macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,hardness tester and scanning electron microscope analysis. The result shows that the leakage is due to stress corrosion cracking of the TP347H tubes. Therafter,several measures are proposed to prevent such austenitic stainless steels from stress corrosion cracking.
