新世纪中部六省城市化进程及其综合效益的对比分析

Contrastive–Analysis on the Process and Overall Effi ciency of Urbanization of Six Provinces in Central China Since 2000

城市化是现阶段中国经济社会发展的必然趋势和综合体现。文章以城镇人口占总人口的比重为人口城市化的指标,二三产业产值占总产值的比重为经济城市化的指标,建成区面积占国土面积的比例为空间城市化的指标,二三产业从业人员占总从业人员的比重为社会城市化的指标,构建简捷而清晰的综合城市化指数的测算模式,并以此为基础对比分析新世纪以来中部六省城市化进程及其带来的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,为中部崛起战略的实施和各省推进新型城市化进程提供理论依据。

As an inexorable trend,＂urbanization＂ is becoming an integral embodiment of development of economy and society in China nowadays.This article proposed a concise way to reckon the level of general urbanization,using the ratio of the urban population to total population as the index of Population Urbanization;the ratio of product of the Secondary and Tertiary Industry to GDP as the index of the Economy Urbanization;the ratio of the constructed urban areas to total areas as the index of the Spatial Urbanization;the ratio of employee in Secondary and Tertiary Industry to total employee as the index of Society Urbanization.After that the authors analyzed and ranked the overall efficiency including economic,social and ecological benefits from urbanization of six provinces in central China and provided policy makers useful information to carry out the strategy of ＂rise of central China＂ and to propel new-style urbanization well.
