环渤海各省市能源利用的比较分析

Analysis on the Comparison of the Energy-Use in Bohai-Rim Region

能源消费弹性系数反映了一个国家能源消费增长速度与国民经济增长速度之间的比例关系,是衡量一个国家能源利用效率的重要指标。文章选取能源消费弹性系数这一指标对环渤海地区各省市能源消费利用状况进行了分析,然后分别从工业能耗和生活能耗两方面比较了环渤海地区内各省市的能源利用水平,结果表明环渤海各省市能源利用水平从高到低依次为北京、天津、辽宁、河北和山东,并分析了造成这一结果的原因。

The energy consumption elasticity coefficient reflects the proportion of the growth rate of energy resource consumption and national economy development in a country,which is an important indicator to measure the energy-use efficiency.So the energy consumption elasticity coefficient was chosen to analyze the situation of energy-use and consumption in Bohai-Rim Region,and we compared the level of energy-use in every city in this region from the aspects of industrial energy consumption and residential energy consumption.The result shows that the sequence of the level of energy-use in Bohai-Rim Region from high to low is Beijing,Tianjin,Liaoning,Hebei and Shandong.Meanwhile,the reason for this result is also analyzed.
