The Study of Quality and Safety Traceability System of Agriculture Products Based on Wholesale Markets:Theory and Strategy

摘要基于对当前我国农产品质量安全追溯系统实施现状的分析,探究了存在的问题,以及问题背后的根源。以此为基础,结合我国目前农产品质量安全管理的实践,系统地提出了以批发市场为核心的农产品质量安全追溯系统的建设思路,并进行了理论分析,构建了模式创新和政策支持体系。对改善我国农产品质量安全落后状况,提高农产品质量安全管理水平具有重要的理论和现实意义。 Based on the analysis of function of quality and safety traceability system of agriculture products in China,the paper explores the existing problem and the sources.On the basis of that,combined with the practices of quality and safety management of agriculture products in china,the paper puts forward ideas of quality and safety traceability system of agriculture products based on wholesale markets systematically,and carry on the theory analysis,building the innovation model and policy support framework.All of these are significant to improve the current quality and safety situation and raise quality and safety level of agriculture products in China.
