建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,同时我国正处于经济快速发展阶段,作为人口众多的广大农村,必须发展绿色建筑,承担起可持续发展的社会责任和义务。文章围绕绿色建筑的标准,分析了在新农村发展绿色建筑,应结合当地情况因地制宜,以节能技术为主导,创造健康舒适的居住环境,提高建筑的功能、效率与舒适性水平;同时分析了新农村发展绿色建筑的全生命周期成本,以及发展绿色建筑给使用者及社会可持续发展带来的效益。

Building a new socialist countryside is major historic task in China＇s modernization,meanwhile,China is in a stage of rapid economic development,as a large rural population,must develop a green building,and assume social responsibility and sustainable development obligations.This paper focuses on green building standards,analysis of green building in the new rural development,green building construction should be combined with local conditions of local conditions,led to energy-saving technology,and create healthy and comfortable living environment,improve the building＇s function,efficiency and comfort level,also analyzed the new green building life cycle cost in new socialist countryside construction,and the development of green building to the user and social benefits of sustainable development.
