乡村生态小区的建构——以台湾桃米小区为例

Construction of Rural Ecological Communities:A Case Study of Taomi Community in Taiwan

近年来人为开发对环境的冲击,导致了日益严重的环境危机,不但经济发展的目标受限,甚至可能影响到人类本身的生存安全。基于"永续发展"、"生态规划"议题的日益受重视,以及小区发展为未来国土空间规划发展的重要角色,文章以小区发展与生态规划的观点,从永续经营的角度,探讨台湾地区921地震后南投县桃米乡村小区灾后重建的建构与发展过程,以作为其他小区建构生态小区之规划参考。

In the recent years,developmental imperative has put great impact on the environment,leading to increasingly serious environmental crisis,these crisis not only limit the achievement of economic goals,it may also threaten the survival of humanity.Such that the subjects of ＂sustainable development＂ and ＂eco-planning＂ are drawing increasing attention.Here,With the idea that ＂community development＂ will become an important role for future planning and development,this article take a point of view of ＂community development＂ and ＂eco-planning＂,with the aptitude of ＂sustainable development＂,try to discuss the process of community redevelopment and reconstruction after the 9/21 earthquake damage of the Taumi village,Nantau county of Taiwan,with the hope that it can be useful as a future reference.
