长三角地区重金属污染特征及防治对策研究 被引量:7

摘要 随着长三角经济的快速增长,生态环境日益恶化,重金属污染已成为长三角面临的一个严重环境问题,主要表现在:(1)星罗棋布的产业集群,是重金属污染的主要来源;(2)水和土壤的重金属污染,造成农产品重金属含量超标,乃至农业减产;(3)污染途径多,呈现出工矿企业、交通和农业污染叠加态势。典型案例包括上海、南京、台州、无锡、宁波等地区的重金属污染超标事件。针对上述问题,文章提出了长三角重金属污染防治的制度创新体系,包括五项基本制度和三个保障体系。研究结论对全国其他地区的重金属污染防治,具有一定的理论参考意义。 With rapid development of economy the deterioration of the eco-environment,the heavy metal pollution has been a serious environmental problem in Yangtze River Delta,such as: 1) The industry clusters scattered in Yangtze River Delta are the main source of heavy metal pollution;2) Due to the heavy metal pollution in water and soil,contamination of heavy metal is over standard in agricultural products;3) The pollution ways are diversified.It resulted in compound pollution by industry,traffic agriculture.The typical events of heavy metal pollution happened in Shanghai,Nanjing,Taizhou,Wuxi Ningbo.The research focuses on the characteristics of heavy metal pollution in Yangtze River Delta and puts forwards five institutional innovations and three security systems for the control of heavy metal pollution.The study results have important significance for the control of heavy metal pollution in other parts of China.
