摘要
改革开放以来,我国能源发展取得了长足进步,但同时也存在阻碍能源健康发展的各种问题和矛盾。在分析我国能源现状的基础上提出了未来五年我国能源发展将面临的4个主要问题,并在此基础上阐述了"十二五"期间我国能源发展的总体思路、遵循原则及关键点,以实现我国能源产业的健康发展。
Energy development in China since reform and opening up has made considerable progress,but there are also hindered the healthy development of the energy problems and contradictions.This paper analyzes the current situation of energy based on the next five years China＇s energy development will face four main problems.And on this basis,to expound ＂Twelfth Five Years Plan＂ during the general concept of energy development in China,following the principles and key points,to realize the healthy development of China＇s energy industry.
