摘要
防砂卡抽油泵由抽汲部分,沉砂部分和滑阀泄油部分组成。工作时,泵筒上端的滑阀随柱塞上下冲程做敞开和关闭运动,完成排液和挡砂任务,有效地避免了砂卡事故。经175井次使用,下泵一次成功率和防砂卡成功率均达100％,已连续运转919天,平均提高泵效23.4％。
The sucker rod pump described in this article consists of three parts, i.e, the swabbing part, the sand trapping part and the oil draining part with a slide valve. When in operation,the slide valve on the upper part of the pump barrel opens and closes with the up-and-down strokes of the plunger, in order to accomplish fluid draining and sand trapping and prevent effectively the valves from being stuck. The results of 175 field operations show that the success rates of both pump setting and sand trapping reach 100 percent, the pump has been in operation for 919 days and the pump efficiency is increased by 23.4 percent in average.
