摘要
重点对液压胀管中胀接残余接触压力的几种理论计算方法,进行了讨论分析。在此基础上,利用ANSYS软件对胀管的两种平面模型进行了数值模拟分析,并将数值分析的结果与理论模型计算的结果进行了分析比较,得出了一些可供实际生产或科研参考的结论。
Several theoretical calculation methods for residual kiss pressure during hydraulic tube expansion have been discussed in the paper. Based on the analysis of those theoretical calculation methods, two plane expansion models have numerically been simulated by using of ANSYS. Then, the results between the numerical analysis and theoretical model calculation have been compared and analyzed in detail which can be used in scientific research work and actual production as the reference.
