国产300MW汽轮机凝汽器的现代化改造

摘要 汽轮机背压的大小对机组的经济运行产生影响,凝汽器是实现汽轮机经济背压的关键设备。在对国产300MW汽轮机通流部分现代化改造基础上,运用现今的制造技术对原凝汽器实施改造,既有理论上的意义,更有在工程中应用的价值。以某电厂1号机凝汽器为研究对象,对现有凝汽器和循环水系统进行改造,将原凝汽器的管束铜管换装了薄壁不锈钢管,对凝汽器实施了双流程的现代化改造。 The back pressure of steam turbine is the most important controllable factor which can affect economy performance of the unit operation,and condenser is the key equipment in realizing economic back pressure. On the base of modernized reformation to 300MW turbine tunnel, there is not only theory significance, but also engineering application value by using advanced technology in the process of reforming condenser. The condenser from Power Unit 1 in a power plant has been modernized, two pass and thin-walled stainless steel tubes have been adopted in the condenser instead of original copper tubes. Meanwhile, the existing condenser and water circulating system have also reformed.
