摘要
近年来,随着超(超)临界机组投运,高塔分离法在凝结水精处理中得到了广泛应用。以某600 MW超临界燃煤机组的凝结水精处理系统为例,分析了高塔分离法在整个系统中的应用,并对水处理时树脂的输送、分离、再生及混合的流程进行了说明。对再生工艺的特点、运行方式进行了分析和总结,并结合实际运行中曾出现的问题进行了探讨。
High-tower separation technique for condensate polishing is quite popular application along with supereritical (ultra-supercritical) power unit put into production. Taking an example of condensate polishing system for a 600MW supercritical unit, the application of high-tower separation technique in the system has been described in the paper together with introduction of the process of resin transportation, separation, regeneration and mixing. Existing problems have also been discussed in the paper based on the summing-up of the characteristics and operation ways of regeneration process.
