摘要 在调试某国外火电机组的过程中,由于电网电压波动使得闭式循环冷却水泵两次骤停,发生水锤现象,出口逆止阀破裂,造成了严重的经济损失和不良影响。针对故障现象,分析了造成该机组闭冷水泵出口逆止阀两次破裂的原因,并给出了具体的处理方法,以及采用该方法处理后的实际效果。同时进一步就国外工程建设的特殊性,探讨了如何通过选型和改善设计方案,预防和避免同类型设备出口逆止阀的破裂。 The check valve of closed-cycle cooling water(CCCW) pump was broken because of undulating voltage which made the cooling water pump suddenly stopped twice and let water hammer occur during the commissioning of a power unit in a foreign power plant. The reason of the crack twice for the pump was analyzed, countermeasures were put forward and actual effect was provided with this method. At the same time, crack prevention in check valve has been discussed based on type selection and design improvement for foreign project construction.
