深部矿井条带煤柱稳定性监测及变化规律分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了安全回采深部矿井条带开采技术条件下的煤柱,在唐口煤矿4301工作面条带煤柱采用钻孔压力计和大量程位移监测仪进行了受力变形长期监测,通过监测数据,对其稳定性及变化规律进行了研究,结合条带煤柱的宏观破坏特征,发现深井条带煤柱与浅部煤柱有很大的区别,主要表现在:越靠近煤柱内部,其实际支撑能力越大;在距离煤柱边缘9—10m的部位,煤柱进入弹性核区;煤柱水平变形是非连续、阶跃式、突变式的。在浅部表现为弹性的各类岩石,在矿井深部因受到较浅部大得多的压力会表现塑性的同时,这些岩石的弹性、脆性、冲击性在深部矿井也将表现的更加突出。 In order to safely mine the coal pillars of the strip mining in the deep mine,the borehole pressure meters and the large measuring range displacement monitoring and measuring instrument were installed in the coal pillars of the 4301 strip mining face in Tangkou Mine for a long term monitoring and measuring of the loading and deformation.With the monitoring and measuring data,the stability and variation law of the coal pillars were studied.In combination with the macro failure features of the strip pillars,it was found that there would be a big difference between the deep mine pillar and the shallow depth pillar.The main differences were including that in the place more closed to the pillar center,the actual support force would be higher,at the location near the pillar edge with a distance of the 9~10 m,the pillar would be in the elastic key zone and the lateral deformation in the pillars would be discontinued,stage forward and sudden changing.The different rocks with elasticity in the shallow depth of the mine would be in plastic in the deep section of the mine due to the higher strata pressure than in the shallow depth and those rocks would be more obviously in elastic,fragility and impact.
