Design on Mine Safety Closed Loop Management System Based on Workflow

结合煤矿安全业务管理内容与流程阐述了安全闭环管理组成与功能架构。在此基础上,认为安全闭环管理信息化管理关键在于专业管理模式重构与业务管理流程改造,进而可以基于工作流实现部门之间(矿井科室、矿井领导、集团处室、集团领导等部门之间)数据的管理与共享,为此,引入工作流技术深入地探讨了基于工作流的安全闭环管理模型及其应用案例模型。

In combination with the content and procedure of mine safety management,the paper stated the composition and function framework of the safety closed loop management.The analysis held that the information management key of the safety closed loop management would be the rebuilding of the professional management mode and the rebuilding of the business management procedure.Thus data between the offices（mine offices,mine leaders,group offices and group leaders） could be managed and jointly shared based on the workflow and the workflow technology was applied to discuss the safety closed loop management model and the application cases model based on the workflow.
