负载敏感在掘进机升降液压回路中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 针对矿用悬臂式掘进机掘进时悬臂抖动剧烈、截割头磨损严重的问题,采用负载敏感控制方法,对掘进机的升降液压回路进行重新设计。利用仿真软件AMESim4.2,对重新设计的负载敏感控制回路进行仿真,通过对仿真结果的分析可知,当负载压力从0瞬间升高到6MPa时,泵出口的压力在0.3s迅速稳定在6MPa,峰值为8.6MPa。而在同样的仿真条件下,早期的升降回路,不仅峰值达到了10MPa,而且调整时间需要4s。这些都说明了重新设计的升降回路能很好地适应负载的变化,起到了保护悬臂截割头和降低悬臂抖动的作用。 According to the problems of the cutting boom seriously vibrated and the cutting head seriously wore away occurred during the operation of the mine boom type roadheader,a loading sensitivity control method was applied to redesign the up and down hydraulic circuit of the mine roadheader.The simulation software AMESim 4.2 was applied to simulate the loading sensitivity control circuit of the redesigned.The analysis of the simulation results showed that when the load pressure rose from 0 to 6 MPa instantly,the pressure at the pump outlet would be stabilized rapidly at 6 MPa within 0.3 s and the pressure peak would be 8.6 MPa.Under the same simulation conditions,the peak value of the previous up and down circuit would not only be 10 MPa and the adjustment time would be 4 s.All those could show that the redesigned up and down circuit could be well to handle the load variation and could play the role to protect the boom cutting head and to reduce the vibration of the boom.
