摘要
造纸浆料系统因使用的清水硬度高,导致助留助滤剂用量偏高;因使用的浆料品牌不同导致浆料和白水系统pH不稳定。两者综合导致原纸强度偏低和生产不稳定。山东太阳纸业天章#19机通过在部分木浆板碎浆过程中使用NaHCO3,达到了改善原纸强度和稳定生产的目的。
The dosage of retention aid in pulp systems are higher because of the water high hardness; and the pH of pulp and white water systems is unstable because of the pulp brands unstable. The result is that the base paper has low strength and unstable in the process. Tianzhang PM19 (width 4 950ram, speed 1 230 meter per minute), one of the large paper machines, has been solved these problems by adding sodium bicarbonate in pulp in some batch pulpers.
