摘要 研究了温度和预处理对虎尾草种子萌发的影响及贮藏时间与种子后熟的关系。结果表明,虎尾草种子最适萌发温度是20/35℃或20/30℃变温;破除休眠的最佳方法是预先冷冻;初次和末次计数时间分别是第2d和第5d;随着贮藏时间的增加,种子发芽率显著(P<0.05)增加,休眠率显著(P<0.05)下降;室内自然条件下经过13~18个月贮藏后,种子可通过后熟期。 The effect of temperature and pretreatment on germination of Chloris virgata seeds was observed. The relationship between storage period and afterripening period of seeds was studied. The results showed that the optimum germination temperature was alternating temperatures at either 20/35 or 20/30 and prechilling was the effective method to break seed dormancy. The suitable time for first and final seedling counts were at 2nd and 5th day of germination respectively. The percentages of germination increased and dormancy reduced significantly as the storage period increased. Seed afterripening period completed when seed stored for 1318 months at the room conditions.
