摘要
根据生态学原理和生产实践经验,提出了三环式开发草类资源生产蛋白质食物的工艺,并采用双复链工厂化立体生态工艺技术,优化组合光、热、水、气、料、场、时、序八个生态因子,调整复加植物、动物、微生物之间的“吃”、“用”和生产、加工顺序,缩短生长、生产及加工周期,加快节奏,提高效率,以加速大生态系统中碳物质的有效大循环和能量的集中定向流动,促进整个生态农业的发展,缓解食物紧缺造成的人口压力,改善人类的生存环境。
In order to speed up the effective large circulation of carbonic materials in large eco system and concentrated directional flow of energy, a three ring technology for developing grass resources to produce protein foods and an intensive stereo-ecological double bichain technology were suggested based on the ecological principle and production experiences. With these two technics, the combination of 8 ecological factors (light, heat,water, gas, nutrient, field, time, order) should be optimized; the eatinguse and order of production and processing among additional plants, animals and microorganisms should be regulated; the periods for growth, production and processing should be shortened and quickened. It is considesed that the whole ecological agriculture will be promoted grealtly, the population pressure due to lack of foods will be slow down, and the human living environment will be improved, if the above mentioned technics could be carried out completely.
