摘要
用60Coγ射线辐照南丰蜜桔,研究结果表明,50~100Gy的辐照剂量适合该蜜桔贮藏,该剂量范围不仅能够保持密桔品质和良好外观,而且对蜜桔的主要营养成份如总糖、总酸、可溶性固形物和维生素C均无不良效应。辐照贮藏法操作简便,成本低廉,作为南丰蜜桔采后商业化贮藏的方式具有推广价值。
The irradiation preservation of Nanfeng citrus by \+\{60\} Co- rays was studied. The results showed that the optimum irradiation dosage for preserving Nanfeng citrus was 50100 Gy. The irradiation at this dosage not only could maintain citrus quality and fresh appearance, but also had not bad effects on citrus main nutrient composition, such as total sugar, total acid, soluble solids and vitamin C. The method of irradiation preservation was cheap and easy to utilize, and was worth spreading in commercialization preservaton of Nanfeng citrus after being picked.
