摘要
在全面考虑刹车工艺要求的基础上,推导了绞车复式刹车机构增力比的计算方程,编制了用于准确计算增力比的计算机程序,指出:设计时不宜过于追求大的增力比;中型钻机纯机械复式刹车机构的增力比,在刹车结束时取50~60即可。
Looking at the requirements for a braking device all-sidedly,the authors derive the formula of force incrementary ratio of the compound braking mechanism on draw works, work out a computer program for exact calculation of this ratio and point out that it is inadvisable to overemphasize a high force incrementary ratio and that a ratio of 50—60 at the end of the braking period is desirable for the compound braking mechanism on medium-sized drill rigs.
