摘要
采用CuBr2及BF3.OEt2联合催化的方法,实现了官能化二硫缩烯酮(1)与二苯甲醇的偶联反应,偶联产率可达53%~98%.采用核磁共振光谱、红外光谱及质谱对所得新的偶联产物进行了表征.实现了一种高效、催化的碳碳键偶联反应.
A highly efficient CuBr2 and BF3·OEt2-cocatalyzed C—C coupling reaction between readily available-EWG ketene dithioacetals and diphenylmethanol has been developed.In the presence of 10% equivalent of CuBr2 and 10% equivalent of BF3·OEt2,a series of coupling products were prepared in high yields from-EWG ketene dithioacetals and diphenylmethanol.All new coupling products were characterized by NMR,IR and MS.
