柳州市2003-2009年结核病防治工作分析

The Work of Tuberculosis Control in Liuzhou City from 2003 to 2009

目的分析柳州市结核病控制项目实施7年中取得的成果及存在的问题,为项目顺利开展提供参考。方法收集并分析2003-2009年柳州市市区、6县结核病报表及对项目病人登记有关资料进行评价。结果 2003-2009年发现肺结核病人21 101例,新发涂阳登记率逐年上升,初治涂阳5 909例,治愈率91.00%;复治涂阳病人1 073例,治愈率79.40%。结论要以结核病控制项目为契机,进一步加强培训和督导工作,提高结防机构自身业务能力建设和规范技术管理,提高诊断、治疗及管理质量,进一步提高治愈率。通过综合医疗机构与结防机构之间的合作,加强肺结核病人及疑似肺结核病人的报告,转诊和追踪工作,降低病人的失访率。

Objective Analysis on the problems of tuberculosis control project in Liuzhou 7 years＇implemention,provide a reference for the project smoothly.Method Collection and analysis of 2003-2009 and six counties in Liuzhou city of TB patients in the registration statements,and information on the project evaluation.Results It was found that 21,101 cases of tuberculosis from 2003 to 2009,the registration rate of new smear positive hair increased year by year,the initial treatment of 5 909 cases of smear positive cure rate was 91.00%;recovery of patients treated 1 073 cases of smear positive cure rate was 79.40%.Conclusions TB control programs should take the opportunity to further enhance the training and supervision to improve TB control agencies standardize their business capacity building and technology management,to improve diagnosis,treatment and quality of management,further improve the cure rate.Through an integrated health care institutions and cooperation between TB and strengthen tuberculosis patients and report suspected TB patients,referral and follow-up work,reduce the rate of lost patients.
