德宏州实施消除碘缺乏病效果评价及分析

Evaluation on Iodine Deficiency Disorders Elimination in Dehong Prefecture

目的评价实施消除碘缺乏病效果。方法按照国家实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标评估方案,检测学龄儿童甲状腺、碘盐、尿碘,并进行统计分析。结果碘缺乏病组织、管理、健康教育综合评估95.8分,检查8-10岁学生甲状腺500人,查出甲状腺Ⅰ度肿大3人,甲状腺肿大率0.6%;抽查学生碘盐381份,合格率100%,碘盐中位数为28.49mg/kg;抽检学生尿样300份,尿碘中位数为270.21ug/L,〈50ug/L的尿样占0.67%。结论德宏州实现了消除碘缺乏病目标,仍需持续做好成果巩固工作。

Objective To assess the efficiency of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.Method According to national evaluation project on eliminating iodine deficiency disorders,thyroid gland,iodized salt and urinary iodine were tested among school children.Statistical analysis was employed.Results The comprehensive score inclusive of organization,management and health education on IDD was 95.8.Out of 500 school children within 8~10 years old,3 children were diagnosed as goiter and the rate of goiter prevalence is 0.6%.The iodized salt taken in by children were tested with random inspection,all of 381 samples were qualified with the median value of 28.49mg/Kg.A total of 300 urinary samples from school children were collected and were tested with urinary iodine assay.The median value was 270.21ug/L and the samples whose urinary iodine valve was less than 50ug/L accounted for 0.67%.Conclusions The end to eliminate IDD has been achieved in Dehong prefecture.However,some enhancive efforts should be carried on.
