加快构建国际航运中心新格局被引量：1

摘要我国不少港口城市提出将自身打造成为国际航运中心或者区域性国际航运中心。国际航运中心必须具备的条件和要素，已有众多论述，近年来获得业内人士共识的是，现代国际航运中心更强调其服务经济的水准和规模，更强调其高端化的软实力，形成新结构、新格局。
