摘要
摩托制造业面临激烈的竞争,各制造企业需改造生产体系以应对各种不确定的需求变化,而近年提出的敏捷制造为国内摩托制造企业提供了产能改造的新思路。以珠三角某摩托制造企业的生产系统为研究对象,运用计算机仿真技术,在一个真实的生产环境中设计和检验敏捷制造产能改造的绩效变化。该研究方法和研究结果对系统设计和检验制造企业的产能改造方案有一定的理论意义与实践参考价值。
The competition in motorcycle manufacturing becomes furious,and many motorcycle manufacturers attempt to respond to the demand uncertainty by upgrading their production systems.Agile manufacturing proposed recently raises a new thinking of the capacity reengineering of domestic motorcycle manufacturers.The paper studies the production system of a motorcycle manufacturer in the Pearl River Delta area.It not only simulates the capacity reengineering of its production in a real operational environment,but also analyzes the changes of performance of the reengineering solutions with the computer simulation technology.The research approach and the outcomes in this study provide considerable references to the design and the examination of capacity reengineering of manufacturing enterprises in a theoretical and practical manner.
