Patent Status of Chinese Medicinal Herb in Foreign Countries and Registered Patents in China by Foreigners

随着生物经济兴起,中药引起全球的极大关注,得到众多的国家和地区接受。欧盟和美国FDA加强了对中药的认可。美国、日本、韩国等发达国家发展现代中医药已在前列。它们发掘中药有效成分,走科技成果专利化、专利标准化和许可化、国际化、大生产标准化道路,已初步占领中药专利和市场优先份额。

With the development of Bio-economy,Chinese medicinal herb has aroused great attention around the world and has been accepted by many countries and regions.Meanwhile,it is more recognized by most European Union countries and US FDA.Many developed countries,such as America,Japan,Korea,have been at the forefront of the development of modern Chinese herbal medicine.Through the experiment,they got the effective compositions of Chinese herbal medicine,and gained the traditional Chinese medicine patents and preferred market shares by patenting scientific and technological achievements,patents standardization,permission and internationalization,and mass production standardization.
