摘要
综述编辑心理健康的标准、实证研究、影响编辑心理健康的因素、提高编辑心理健康水平的途径四方面的研究现状,指出编辑心理健康研究的不足和发展方向。
In this article,the author analyzes the research status of editor＇s mental health and its influencing factors,and pointed out the ways of these researches.
