示波器上升时间与带宽之间的转换系数的研究 被引量:2

摘要 从理论上实践上研究了示波器上升时间与带宽之间的转换系数。指出,随着示波器不断拓展功能和不断更新换代,现在已经不能盲目地使用传统的转换系数0.35.因为该值是从示波器垂直系统的一阶数学模型导出来的,而对于高阶系统来说,该系数之值可能产生高达20%的偏差。文中具体给出了各种高阶系统的转换系数,并以各种型号的示波器予以证实。作者认为只有少部分模拟示波器的转换系数偏离0.35,而相当多的数字式示波器的偏差较大。最后作者指出,在设计和使用示波器时,应该使用本文指出的方法和数据确认该转换系数之值。 The conversion factor between the risetime and the bandwidth of oscilloscope has been studiedby theories and real applications in this paper. As the continuous development and updating of oscilloscopethe traditional conversion factor 0.35 can not be adopted randomly. Because this factor has been educed onlyfrom the first-order mathematical model of perpendicular system of oscilloscope, it can produce an error morethan 20% for high-order system. Conversion factor of various high-order systems have been given in this pa-per, and proved by kinds of oscilloscopes. The author considered these factors deviated away from 0.35 infew analog oscilloscopes and many digital oscilloscopes. In the end, the author appointed that factor shouldbe confirmed from the method and the data which are specified in this paper when oscilloscopes are used or de-signed .
