摘要
木质素经Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ反应改性，合成了一类含磷高分子缓蚀剂。在０．５２Ｎ硫酸溶液中借助失重法和电化学方法进行了缓蚀效果的测定。当缓蚀剂用量为２０ｍｇ／ｌ时，对Ａ３钢的缓蚀率达８７％。该化合物为阳极型缓蚀剂。
Lignin was modified through the Mannich reaction to synthesize a kind of corrosin inhibitor.Its inhibiting effect on A3 steel in 0.52NH 2SO 4 solution was studied by means of weight loss method and electrochemical measurement.The inhibiting efficiency may be raised to 87% or more when the dosago of this corrosin inhibitor is added up to about 20 ppm.This compound is cationic corrosion inhibiting agent.
